An open invitation to one and all to join FEET with Heat DANCE workshops program.

Our next dance technique workshops for 2026 are for SWING - covering three styles:

  • 2-3pm - Lindy Hop

  • 3-4pm - Rock’n’Roll

  • 4-5pm - West Coast Swing

Technique based workshops to enhance and uplift your dancing abilities. There will be drills, breakdowns and exercises and for our SWING series includes: focus on Lead and Follow, Musicality, and Styling.
