FEET with Heat CHARITY SERVICES
FEET with Heat studio principals are proud to advise that they do not get paid for teaching services at their studio. All hours spent, and that’s every weeknight, plus one Saturday and most Sunday’s are voluntary. As a not for profit entity, all income from lessons, privates and their regular social dances are used to support and run their purpose built studios.
In addition FEET with Heat provides community support through a dance scholarship programme that helps make dance more accessible, and a bread run initiative that distributes food to those in need.
They also undertakes additional fundraising activities throughout the year, including fundraising dances, quiz nights, raffles, and on special occasions bottle auctions, to support and expand its community services.
Susan Cade
Susan Cade Dance Scholarship
On 10th September 2022, as a result of a tragic accident at sea, Goose Bay, Kaikoura, New Zealand, our former FEET with Heat 4danve Studio student was tragically taken from us.
In recognition of Susan's zest for life and her many passions, including being an avid dancer (of many styles), we take the greatest honour in remembrance of a soul taken too soon with the creation of The Susan Cade Dance Scholarship.
In consultation with her family and recognising her many contributions, particularly those in dancing, All About Dance in association with FEET with Heat 4dance Studio offers the opportunity for new students and those returning back to dancing to make application for dance opportunities (including attending dance classes, sitting a medal exam).
Applications accepted from July annually. Please visit: http://www.allaboutdance.co.nz/ and use the 'Make an Enquiry' form, selecting the enquiry subject option of the 'Susan Cade Dance Scholarship', and tell us why you are applying.

The Bread Run
At FEET with Heat, we are proud to give back to our community through regular bread runs.
Several days each week, we collect donations from our generous suppliers and deliver them to three Eastern Suburbs Community Centres. These centres provide well-being support, services, and facilities that enable diverse groups within the community to connect, participate, and enhance their overall well-being. Our distributed bread runs support 200-300 households per week.
